The current support channels have been “soft archived”. This means that they have been marked with an -archive suffix and have been moved to the bottom of the channels list under an “Archive” heading.

From here on out, all support requests should go through the forum channel called support. This isn’t necessarily how it will pan out in the long term, but we’re going to give it a shot. Open to any and all feedback on how we can improve this community in general, and would love to hear how people’s experience with the new workflow goes 🙂

Want to make a note here: I’m more than fine with discussions happening outside of forums, and happy to create additional text channels to facilitate that. But we will push support-style conversations/issues/bug-reports to forums.
